My Camera Shot Angle Quiz Reflection
The Camera Shot Quiz was a group project about telling a story in 15 pictures of specific shots to help illustrate our idea and develop the tone while using our phones.
Me and my partner Caeser decided to tell a story of a mechanical pencil and a water bottle in a intense showdown fighting each other to the death.
My partner Ceaser and I were proud of the dramatic and intense storyline we created intense battle between the water bottle and a pencil. We finished our script at the end of class and only had time to take the first four pictures, but we still captured the main key moments. We used a variety of shot types mostly in the rubric mostly to build the visual narrative, especially the point of view and the medium shots. The close-ups and low angles helped show power shifts between the characters and even unexpected attacks. Next time, we want to improve the quality by avoiding repetition and having more synchronized communication.
